The Spirituality of Food - A hands-on reflective class that begins with the premise "we are what we eat," and investigates is ethical, philosophical, and religious ramifications.

Built over three years, this class received high praise at a district UU event in Connecticut.  We will engage topics that range from food-based religious rituals, to the ethics of consumption, to the spirituality of cooking.  Come hugry for food, fellowship and learning! 5 sessions on the third Wednesdays beginning January 21st, from 7-9p.m.
