This course, led by Rev. Anya Sammler-Michael (some sessions
co-lead by seminarian Scott Sammler-Michael), introduces a multitude of religious traditions
so that participants may deepen their understanding of the ideas and beliefs of
the World’s Religions, perhaps glimpsing “the transcending mystery and wonder
affirmed in all cultures.”
Participants will need to purchase one book: Huston Smith’s World’s
Religions. The book is available
used at Amazon.com for a very low price or new at the UUA bookstore (found at www.uua.org) or at local chain bookstores.
