JTWT is an expression of the UUA's Journey Toward Wholeness Path to Anti-Racism initiative.  As a practical matter, the UUS JTWT is interested in facilitating a conversation within the congregation about how institutional racism affects Unitarian Universalists of Sterling.  Our mantra is simply to listen and hear; our goal, to respond to injury and injustice with compassion. If you are moved by a desire to bring a more multicultural, multiracial reality to UUS,
