Building a loving, diverse, caring community

Veteran’s Day Breakfast and Service

We at UUCS want to formally recognize those within and beyond our congregation who are active duty military, reserves, or retired and offer an opportunity for those of us who are the sons and daughters, parents and siblings, cousins and friends of military veterans to share in our support.  The breakfast will feature a full, hot, meal prepared by our own congregation. Guest speakers with military backgrounds, and those who are dedicated to serving our military families will join with Rev. Anya Sammler-Michael to lead the service.
RSVP to Paul Roche.

Our congregation is open and respectful. In our opening words every Sunday we assert: Whoever you are, wherever you come from, what ever your identity, history, or ability, know you are welcome to bring your full self here.
We hope you will join us in honoring those who have sacrificed for our nation, while honoring the diversity of beliefs that lead these fine people to serve.

Children are welcome to remain for the breakfast and service or depart to child-care or classes.
