Join us for the UUCS Annual Congregational Meeting
Sunday, June 8th at 10:00 AM at UUCS
There will be a brief worship service that will lead directly into the Annual Meeting. It will be held In Person and Online via Zoom. All are invited to attend, but only Members of UUCS are permitted to vote. If you would like to become a member before the meeting, please contact Terry Dick.
Proposed changes to the by-laws
At the annual meeting, we vote on adoption of proposed changes to our by-laws. Since we already made some changes to the by-laws earlier this year, the board is not proposing any additional changes.
Proposed budget for 2025-2026
Please note: Since this budget is fairly straight forward this year, we will not be holding a congregational budget meeting before the annual meeting. However, you are welcome to pose any questions directly to our Treasurer, Nancy M.

The Nominating Committee proposes the following slate:
- President: Jackie Mills (1st term, 2nd year)
- Vice President: Jim Illetschko (1st term, 1st year)
- Secretary: Jack Hazerjian (3rd term, 1st year)
- At Large: Christine Dellacave (1st term, 2nd year)
- At Large: Lisa Jones-Bateman (2nd term, 1st year)
- At Large: Colleen Bongiovanni (1st term, 2nd year)
- Treasurer: Scott Findley (1st term, 1st year)

Please note: **The Nominating Committee was not able to find a replacement for Kim Fitzgerald by the 30-day notification date, so we will nominate one from the floor at the annual meeting.

We will hold the the annual meeting in-person and virtually. The links to the Zoom meeting will be sent out prior to the meeting.
