Join us for the UUCS Annual Congregational Meeting
Sunday, June 7th at 10:00 AM at UUCS
There will be a brief worship service that will lead directly into the Annual Meeting. It will be held In Person and Online via Zoom. All are invited to attend, but only Members of UUCS are permitted to vote. If you would like to become a member before the meeting, please contact Terry Dick.
Proposed changes to the by-laws
At the annual meeting, we vote on adoption of proposed changes to our by-laws. The board is not proposing any additional changes.
Proposed budget for 2026-2027
The Board will be holding a Congregational Budget Meeting on Sunday, May 17 after the service. Please join us if you have any questions.
Proposed board member slate
The Nominating Committee proposes the following slate:
- President: Jack Hazerjian (3rd term, 1st year)
- Vice President: Jim Illetschko (1st term, 2nd year)
- Secretary: John Botts (1st term, 1st year)
- At Large: Nancy Sherwood (1st term, 1st year)
- At Large: Susan Forth (1st term, 1st year)
- At Large: Sharon Coviak (1st term, 1st year)
- Treasurer: Scott Findley (1st term, 2nd year)

Delegates for GA
Please note: **The Nominating Committee was not able to find a second Delegate nominee to replace Rosalie Clavez by the 30-day notification date, so we will nominate one from the floor at the annual meeting.

We will hold the the annual meeting in-person and virtually. Online participants will use the Zoom Coffee Hour link on the online Order of Service.
Absentee Ballots: For members who will not be attending the meeting in-person, hard copies of the Absentee Ballot can be found at church, or you can download and print the Absentee Ballot here. Ballots must be received by 10:00 AM, Sunday, June 7th.
