For better or worse, conflict is a fact of the human condition. Some days it feels like the entire world is embroiled in conflict, and the last thing we’re seeking is another “growth opportunity.” How can we hope to connect across political divides, interrupt violence or end wars when my neighbors keep parking in my driveway and my coworker won’t stop microwaving fish for lunch? What are restorative practices and what do they have to do with resistance? Where do they intersect with UU values?
